Insulet's mission is to improve the lives of people with diabetes. But their offerings were overshadowed by the big players, although Insulet's solution had many unique advantages that should have given them a big leg up on the competition.
Insulet needed a winning brand strategy and someone to guide it. Compass led key internal stakeholders in setting the overall brand direction, by helping them craft their goals, objectives, and strategies. Compass looked from the inside out and the outside in, considering multiple targets (patients, caregivers, and HCPs) to develop a brand platform that would resonate and deliver on the business objectives. Compass worked closely with the client's creative agency partner to ensure the brand came to life effectively across all touchpoints.
