Silver Hills Bakery had gained a devoted following in the U.S. and Canada thanks to its sprouted grain breads, bagels and buns. To further grow, the brand sought new categories where its sprouted grain heritage would be appreciated.
Compass showed the team which categories made sense and why. Novel benefit platforms were incorporated into the Sparks Ideation process to supplement concept development. Each concept was then consumer and financially tested and optimized.
