SmartPark reached out to Compass to help develop a strategic plan for the company and a SmartPak brand strategy.

Developed a strategic plan for the organization to guide the team t deliver on a clear vision and financial objectives.
• Developed a persuasive and differentiated SmartPak brand strategy to grow the brand and increase competitive insulation in a fragmented, increasingly-competitive and price-driven category, with few distinct brand identities.
